The installation included chemical permeation grout at an approximate depth of 5 feet below grade surface, with excavation depth to be 3 feet below grade surface. The treatment also extended across 21 total lineal feet at Stair B on the south side of the building.

This level of specificity is important because soil stabilization is not a one-size-fits-all service. Each project requires a solution tailored to the building layout, structural loading, access conditions, and subsurface profile.
