Helicon was professional from the original assessment to the day of the repair. Jan was the foreman and he made sure to explain everything. He then completed a walk thru to make sure all issues were addressed.

We highly recommend Helicon! Doug came out and inspected our seawall issues as a result of soil erosion and worked with us on proposal options that we could afford to eliminate further soil erosion, fixing the seawall caps that were sinking and to install new wall jet filters. We were able to schedule the work to begin within a week of signing the contract. Bryse and his crew arrived first and worked 2 full days on soil stabilization. They were followed by John and Alberto who worked miracles on realigning our sea wall cap that had numerous issues. We were so impressed by these two crews; they were professional, hard-working, polite and knowledgeable putting our minds at ease. Our jet filters will be installed next and we are confident that it will be completed as expected. Thank you Helicon, we are relieved to be going into the next hurricane season fully prepared!

This is the second time we have used Helicon. The men explained what they were going to do, then at a certain point showed me the work done, then when finished showed and explained the finished job. Job well done.

First, David our sales consultant was very patient and helpful. He did not sell me anything I didn't need. I had to delay the work till the new year which delayed it 3-4 months and when I reached back out to David, he was very accommodating and kept the same price for the work. Felix and the crew arrived on the start day and talked to me about the job before they started, to help me understand what they were going to do. I have no experience with this kind of work but it very impressive driving these helicon piles down 15ft to fix my retaining pool wall. they also talked me thru each step so I was comfortable. I've had a problem with this pool retaining wall for a long time and I believe it is now fixed and definitely will never move again. The second crew arrived on day 2 to do the injection chemicals to stabilize any soil movement and they also talked me thru the process and were very careful as I told them about the water pipes under the pavers. These folks handled this job very well and have a lot of experience which was on display. They also left the site same as they found it. It has a lifetime warranty and is transferable if I ever sell my house so that's nice. I do believe, if I ever need to call them about warranty in the future, they will happily come back.
This was a very good experience.

We've worked with the pros at Helicon for several years. They are actively engaged with us on the ongoing maintenance of our seawall which is critical to our condominium community as we are bordered by water on 3 sides. The Helicon process has worked well in repairing areas where cracks and leaks developed. Helicon has been very responsive following hurricane damage to quickly address any new areas of concern. They are a terrific company to work with. We highly recommend them.
