Helicon technicians came in on time to perform their task very well. They were respectful and efficient. When they finished the task, they explained what they had done satisfactorily. I recommend Helicon’s work to anyone needing a sinkhole repaired or having to have a stabilizer put in the foundation.

I spoke with three companies and chose Helicon for several reasons they have been in business for more than 20 years and had great reviews. I also liked the product vs others and the price was right on point. When they arrived they were professionally dressed, courteous and completed the job in two days as promised. I cannot be more satisfied from the estimate to the completion of the job they are simply the best.

After the hurricanes last year, I lost part of my backyard due to the county drainage ditch backing up and erosion ensued. After repeated calls, the county engineer came out and said there was nothing they could do. I called Helicon and their rep came out and gave me an estimate after explaining their procedure for erosion control. I recommend their services highly as they did what they said they would do and were respectful of the landscaping along the 130 feet treated. Everyone I spoke with was professional and courteous and their process afforded me security for any future flooding. We are now in the "hurricane season" again and the county ditch is still full of debris, trees, overgrowth from last year. I am happy that I made the decision to use Helicon's services.

These guys are top-notch! They were able to get me in their calendar quickly. Everyone I dealt with were all very professional and very pleasant to talk to. The work was done quickly and to plan and cost. I was concerned about how big a project this would be, but they took care of everything and made it all very simple and easy. I priced three companies for our project—Helicon was the middle cost option. I didn’t go with the cheapest because their presentation made me question if they really knew what needed to be done. Helicon gave me several options to address my concerns which I appreciated plus there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision. The folks who showed up to do the work were professional, friendly, and explained everything they were going to do. Afterwards, they explained everything they did plus offered to grind down some potential tripping hazards on my concrete patio at no extra charge, which I accepted. They also explained why they couldn’t do one of the items on the to-do list which I supported. Finally, they cleaned up afterwards and left my place cleaner than it was before they started. I was very impressed—they have my strongest recommendation!
