The TIA Logistics Center Warehouse was in need of ground improvement due to loose and sandy soils.

• The entire project area needed to have load bearing capacity to support heavy equipment.

Compaction grout pumped into 56 injection points per the soils reports findings. 7,896 lineal feet of drilling and 1,344 cubic yards of concrete.

All operations were performed under the observation of the engineer of record. Efficient planning & coordination was key to overcoming the challenges & limitations.
