Helicon is a first class company. Their communication was awesome. When I called them for foundation repair, I was immediately scheduled. Mitchell came out exactly when he said he would . I was given a very fair estimate and the work was done exactly on time. Very professional and I would highly recommend Helicon! I had many estimates and felt most comfortable using a trusted Tampa company. I was not disappointed. Everyone was communicative before, during and after the repair. I’m highly satisfied with their work and more satisfied with their customer service. As we all know, customer service at most places is gone but definitely not at Helicon. I felt as if I was their most important customer every step of the way! Great job!

UPDATE.. I received a call from Jay Silver (Helicon owner) 2 weeks ago. He was following up with me regarding the piers that were replaced last year. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive this call.
I had been planning to call Helicon but didn't get around to it.
I voiced some concerns about some areas in my back patio. None of the initial exterior cracks have reappeared, great news.
Mr. Silver; upon hearing my concern. immediately said he would schedule the structional engineer..wow
that's great customer service..

UPDATE......2024 January.
Helicon, after report findings from their Structural engineer..agreed to replace 5 helical piers with push piers. Felix and his crew completed the job. They actually explained everything as they were working.

There are still 6 original helical piers in place....am I 100% confident about them??
Only time will tell...that is why I will not update my original rating just yet. We will continue to monitor for the next few months.

Doug was knowledgeable and listened to our concerns. He offered a solution that met our needs and the installation crew was on time and efficient.

Jan and his team were awesome. They were very friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. The whole process was smooth from the initial consult to the cleanup afterwards. 10/10

We had a very good experience with Helicon. They performed soil stabilization treatments for our home. Their staff was competent, communicated well, and the execution of the treatment went as planned. We would use Helicon again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From my initial conversation with Mitchell a.k.a. Mitch and his wonderful service and thoroughness of coming out and looking at my property and giving me a quote And being very detailed in the explanation, making sure I understood the product they would be using the reasons behind it and the timeframe. I felt like he really cared and showed a sense of urgency for my situation. Having a hole open up under your sidewalk traveling under your porch and having a four-year-old is pretty urgent to me and Mitch showed that it was urgent to him also. Then the foreman Rey and his team (Ajay, DJ) that showed up while I was out of town for business and FaceTimed me and took pictures and kept me informed throughout the entire process. If I could give you 10 stars, I would. I would hope to never have to deal with a situation like this again, but I feel blessed to have come across this wonderful company and these amazing individuals that took care of me and my family so efficiently and with care and compassion.

And just a side note, I did my due diligence and got three quotes and they were not the highest nor were they the cheapest. I prayed before making my decision and I can tell that it was God lead. Thanks again Mitch, Rey and the rest of the crew. God bless you all 🙏🏽♥️
