So a pair of gentlemen arrived about 15 minutes before the workmen. We discussed the job and he made suggestion about the sea wall that I could personally easily fix. No sales job. I found out later the gentleman I was speaking to was the owner. He stayed while, at his direction, his crew paid special attention to a trouble spot. The assessment and process easy. Price was reasonable compared to others and the workmanship was excellent. They listen to what I had to say based on my experience doing this 15 years ago. I like that they had a five year warranty and hoping everything goes well with the lifting of the cement next to my pool area.
Helicon is definitely the company to call when you have foundation issues. The process was explained in detail and best of all in Layman’s terms. We were shown the progression and what the lift was doing to correct our issues.
Our final walk through was explained from room to room, and they notified us when they were finished and were leaving. I had a screen porch blow off during Hurricane Milton. One of the rebuilding efforts was to ensure the foundation under the wall that had supported the screen porch's attachment was secure. Helicon came and pumped in an expanding grout under the wall in question. Great job was done with precision measurements, and the area was left clean and neat. Well Done!
