Helicon is great. I've not had great success with other vendors actually showing up, much less performing great work. This crew was timely, explained everything before and after and was professional throughout. When a minor mishap occurred that none of us foresaw, they were on top of it and confirmed everything was AOK. Thank you Helicon.

A very professional company from day 1. Very knowledgeable in their field and explained every step of the process. Bay News 9 did a feature on this company that totally explained their seawall repair due to erosion. Highly recommend this company! Peace of mind - priceless!

The crew was respectful and seemed to know what they were doing. Minus one star for communication. They were not informed about my property layout or the house dynamics. That did prove to be a challenge and I ended up giving up a Crepe Myrtle. All in all a good experience and I hope the ground stabilization did indeed work.

Helicon is a first class company. Their communication was awesome. When I called them for foundation repair, I was immediately scheduled. Mitchell came out exactly when he said he would . I was given a very fair estimate and the work was done exactly on time. Very professional and I would highly recommend Helicon! I had many estimates and felt most comfortable using a trusted Tampa company. I was not disappointed. Everyone was communicative before, during and after the repair. I’m highly satisfied with their work and more satisfied with their customer service. As we all know, customer service at most places is gone but definitely not at Helicon. I felt as if I was their most important customer every step of the way! Great job!

UPDATE.. I received a call from Jay Silver (Helicon owner) 2 weeks ago. He was following up with me regarding the piers that were replaced last year. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive this call.
I had been planning to call Helicon but didn't get around to it.
I voiced some concerns about some areas in my back patio. None of the initial exterior cracks have reappeared, great news.
Mr. Silver; upon hearing my concern. immediately said he would schedule the structional engineer..wow
that's great customer service..

UPDATE......2024 January.
Helicon, after report findings from their Structural engineer..agreed to replace 5 helical piers with push piers. Felix and his crew completed the job. They actually explained everything as they were working.

There are still 6 original helical piers in place....am I 100% confident about them??
Only time will tell...that is why I will not update my original rating just yet. We will continue to monitor for the next few months.

Doug was knowledgeable and listened to our concerns. He offered a solution that met our needs and the installation crew was on time and efficient.

Jan and his team were awesome. They were very friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. The whole process was smooth from the initial consult to the cleanup afterwards. 10/10

We had a very good experience with Helicon. They performed soil stabilization treatments for our home. Their staff was competent, communicated well, and the execution of the treatment went as planned. We would use Helicon again in the future.
