UPDATE.. I received a call from Jay Silver (Helicon owner) 2 weeks ago. He was following up with me regarding the piers that were replaced last year. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive this call.
I had been planning to call Helicon but didn't get around to it.
I voiced some concerns about some areas in my back patio. None of the initial exterior cracks have reappeared, great news.
Mr. Silver; upon hearing my concern. immediately said he would schedule the structional engineer..wow
that's great customer service..

UPDATE......2024 January.
Helicon, after report findings from their Structural engineer..agreed to replace 5 helical piers with push piers. Felix and his crew completed the job. They actually explained everything as they were working.

There are still 6 original helical piers in place....am I 100% confident about them??
Only time will tell...that is why I will not update my original rating just yet. We will continue to monitor for the next few months.

5/5/26 We hired Helicon to lift a small portion of our sagging pool deck and also stabilize some other areas. My foreman Rey and his crew out of Tampa (DJ and Ajay) were very professional and a joy to work with. All the work was prepped and ready for injection when the generator failed. Rey quickly made some calls and set a plan in place. He called in support from a co-worker down south of us who arrived in an hour and they completed the work in no time. I was very impressed with their leadership and team work when completing the job. Truly a joy to see youth so positive and energized about the work they do. They showed a very positive attitude for the company and the work they do. Truly enjoyed the experience. I also would like to give a shout out to the Manny who came up from Cape Coral, Fl to support the team. Great job Helicon. Will highly recommend your services.

Every interaction has been professional. The job was completed on time with professionalism and courtesy to me and our property. When I had questions or concerns Helicon was quick to respond, job well done!

Filled out the Inspection Request online and was contacted almost immediately to schedule them to come out. They came out, gave estimate and did the work within 1 week. Very professional and work was completed as stated. Highly recommend!
