Foundation Repair, Concrete Lifting, and Seawall Repair Solutions for Ft. Myers

Coastal living in Southwest Florida brings unique challenges — from shifting soils and foundation cracks to sinking concrete and failing seawalls. Helicon’s Fort Myers team specializes in foundation repair, seawall stabilization, and concrete lifting engineered for Florida’s unique environment. With over 20 years of experience serving Fort Myers and surrounding coastal communities, Helicon delivers permanent, science-backed solutions that protect your property and restore your peace of mind.

Foundation Repair in Fort Myers, FL

In Fort Myers, sandy soils, high water tables, and seasonal moisture swings can lead to settlement that shows up as wall or slab cracks, uneven floors, and sticking doors. Helicon designs repairs that address the root cause with proven, engineered systems.

Our Foundation Repair Methods

  • Push Piers — Hydraulically driven steel piers transfer the load to deep, stable strata to stop settlement and allow lift where feasible.
  • Slab Piers — Targeted support to lift and stabilize settled interior slab foundations.
  • Helical Piers — Screw-in deep foundations used where site conditions favor torque-installed piles.
  • Compaction Grouting — Densifies weak soils and fills subsurface voids to improve bearing.
  • Chemical/Permeation Grouting — Resin injections reinforce loose or sandy soils beneath existing structures.

Explore our approach to foundation repair and underpinning solutions for Florida homes.

Seawall Repair in Fort Myers & Coastal Communities

Along canals and coastlines, seawalls endure constant hydrostatic and tidal pressure. Over time, joints crack, soils wash out, and panels may lean. Helicon restores seawall integrity with structural polymer injections and soil stabilization designed to stop water migration and rebuild ground strength behind the wall.

Common Seawall Issues We Fix

  • Cracked or leaking joints and panels
  • Soil loss, voids, and sinkholes behind the wall
  • Bowing or leaning sections
  • Settling patios and walkways near docks

Learn how our seawall repair methods — including chemical/permeation grouting and pressure relief — protect waterfront properties across Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, and Punta Gorda.

Concrete Lifting & Leveling in Fort Myers

Sinking concrete creates trip hazards and drainage problems around driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, and patios. Helicon uses high-density polyurethane foam injection to fill voids, stabilize subgrade, and gently lift slabs back to elevation.

Why Homeowners Choose Our Poly Foam Lifting

  • Fast and clean: Small injection ports; many projects ready for use the same day.
  • Precise & durable: Expanding foam fills voids and supports loads for long-term performance.
  • Water-resistant: Engineered foam resists washout in Florida’s wet conditions.
  • Minimal disruption: No heavy demolition or lengthy downtime.

I highly recommend Helicon for their outstanding service and integrity! Scheduling was a breeze—they got me an appointment just 3 days after my call and even told me upfront who would be coming. Andrew followed up the next day to confirm and offered an earlier slot (which I unfortunately couldn't take).
I was dealing with a recurring depression in the soil right next to my house, losing 4-5 inches every couple of months. When Andrew arrived, he took the time to discuss the issue, started digging to investigate nearby water sources, and within 10 minutes pinpointed the problem: a leak in my sprinkler system.
Amazingly, there was no charge for the visit or diagnosis. I was blown away by their honesty—it's rare to find a company with this level of integrity these days. Thank you, Andrew and Helicon!
